Austin's Room
A few posts ago I wrote about the kids switching bedrooms and how we spontaneouly decided to paint a couple of walls in Austin's room green. Well, the next day I went online and discovered that this giant wall mural from Pottery barn Teen that I have been wanting for a year and a half had gone on sale from $199 to only $39. I couldn't believe it. Needless to say, I had to have it.
I love Austin's room now. It is so "Earthy" and has such a calm feel.

OH! I love it. So boys rooms can be fun to do!?! I can't wait to start working on Dylan's. I'm going with the surf theme (not surprising, right?) and there is a quilt I want from Pottery Barn kids SOOOO bad. Wish it would go on sale.

The room looks great! Awesome deal on that mural! Isn't it awful how much retailers jack up prices for a profit? And even at $39, they're STILL making one!!!!
Now I want to see what the girls rooms look like too! Always fun to get ideas.
Decorating in the girl's rooms is yet to come. Same goes for my room. Hopefully I will get them done before to long! When I do I will be sure to post pictures.
Kasey, this is a great room. You need to comment on Tangled and True and maybe you can get more animal-like art for his room! I'm sure he would love it.
Really though, you are doing a very good job. Painting always seems a little scary to me, but you have made it look so easy.
