Oldies
Friday evening after our date, I was driving home our fifteen year old babysitter. We were making small talk on the way there and the subject of music came up. I asked her what kind of music she likes and she proceeded to tell me that she likes to listen to some oldies but not ALL oldies, like she really doesn't care for the 80's music. WHAT???? Since when has 80's music been classified as "oldies"??? I grew up listening to 80's music! Boy did I suddenly feel old.

What? Oh my gosh, that's so weird. I guess that makes sense, considering we thought 60's music was the oldies, but man, that's weird.
80's ARE OLDIES?!?! I LOVE the 80's!!!! I thought "oldies" were more along the line of 50's-60's!
Please tell me you straightened that girl out! :) We're not THAT old....are we?
ha! that is so crazy. i HATE 80's music. it just really bugs me for some reason.
